Kleopatra Moraiti is a self-taught pastry chef, and one of her favourite places to go when she was growing in the 1990s and ‘00s was her grandma’s house who was a cook by feel pastry chef. This is where Kleopatra has been introduced to Pastry and her love for patisserie began…

Back in 2019 Kleopatra has re-created and modernized her grandma’s recipes founding Cake Alchemist as a home baking business and offering high quality pastries and cakes for every occasion.

Beggining of 2022 it was time for Cake Alchemist to expand and a store has been opened at the centre of Cheltenham offering top quality pastries, cakes, pancakes and crepes, coffee, and drinks made at the same time.

The store has already gained customers from all over South West and employees of the down town providing on top of the high-quality products event services too, such as baby shower parties, kids parties and hen parties.
